Dependent Visa

Requirements:

1. 1. Recommendation from the employer of the Work Permit holder
   2. Copy of valid passport
   3. Passport must have minimum validity of six months from the intended date of departure from Bhutan
   4. Notarized copy of marriage certificate (spouse)
   5. Notarized copy of birth certificate (children below 18 years)
   6. Duly completed visa application form
   7. The Department may ask for additional documents during assessment, if required
