Immigration Card (marriage cases)

Requirements:

1. 1. Application from Bhutanese spouse
   2. Copy of citizenship identity card of Bhutanese spouse
   3. Family tree of Bhutanese spouse issued by the Department of Civil Registration and Census
   4. Copy of Marriage Certificate issued by the Royal Court of Justice
   5. Duly completed Immigration Card application form endorsed by the concerned Gup or Thromde Thueme, as applicable
   6. Duly completed Declaration for Immigration Card
   7. Copy of passport or voter identity card with relevant entry permit (for nationals of India)
   8. Copy of passport with relevant visa (for nationals of other countries)
   9. Copy of birth certificate for dependent child above the age of 15 years who are registered with the Department
   10. The Department may ask for additional documents during assessment, if required
