Request for Proposal (Enhancement of Immigration Information and Monitoring System)

1. The Department of Immigration, Ministry of Home & Cultural Affairs invites sealed Bids from eligible and qualified national ICT consultancy firms having valid trade license for “Enhancement of Immigration Information and Monitoring System”.
2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the www.mohca.gov.bt website from 16th March, 2018.
3. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total quoted Price drawn in favor of Offtg. Director, Directorate Services, MoHCA. Bid security will have to be in any one of the forms as specified in the bidding document and shall have to be valid for 30 days beyond the validity of the bid.
4. Bids must be delivered to Procurement Officer, MoHCA. On or before 12.00 (noon) on 16th April, 2018 and will be opened on the same day at 2.30 PM, in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend in the Secretary’s Conference Hall of MoHCA.
