Notification on Integrated Citizen Services (ICS)

The Department of Immigration, Ministry of Home Affairs, is pleased to inform the public that immigration services are accessible through the Integrated Citizen Services (ICS) portal starting from 12 July 2023. This also includes Route Permit services. Furthermore, all immigration service fees can be paid online. To apply for immigration services through ICS or pay applicable immigration service fees please visit https://permit.doi.gov.bt or https://www.citizenservices.gov.bt.
