The Department of Immigration has launched an online application platform in the Immigration Information and Monitoring System (IIMS) for submission of visa applications.
Starting 1st January 2020, all visa applications except personal guest application must be submitted online by the concerned agencies using the IIMS. However, tour operators may continue to use the Tashel Online System to apply for tourist visa.
